Crafty Li'l Devil 144 Posted December 6, 2016 (edited) Here's my "before" photo. I'm 428 lbs. Starting my pre-op diet. I'm giving up Coca-cola, smoking and most carbs. Trying to lose 25-40lbs before surgery. Hopefully January 13th during my next appointment we will schedule surgery. Picture in comments below. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App It really is. Between the two. I'm still having some carbs just not complex carbs like Pasta, bread, rice, etc. But some veggies have carbs. Just trying to be low on the carb scale. I think yesterday all day I had 25 carbs.
