me before surgery. 256 pounds. me at 200, last month. me feeling awesome! I was able to stand up that day for almost an hour straight. Which before after about 10 minutes I had to sit down or my back would spasm and my knees but shift out of the socket. P.s. I'm 5 ft tall, was 256 and carried 80% of my weight in my abdomen, lol so there you go. You all inspire me on the daily!
