nennas_mommy 20 Posted December 6, 2016 I am in month 5 of 6 months nutritionist visits required by insurance. My nutritionist suggested I do a modified liquid diet since my weight loss has been very slow. I've been having a shake for Breakfast, one for lunch and then I healthy dinner. I am not hungry and surprisingly it has been very easy for me to stick to. Ive lost 5 pounds during the first week. However, my eczema is breaking out like crazy on my hands! I know it's the shake because I've had this reaction to 2 other shakes I've tried in the past. I'm going to continue the shakes for as long as I can and discuss it with them at my next weigh in. Anyone else experience this? Sent from my iPhone
Dawn E Dorsey 1 Posted December 6, 2016 Can you try plant based Proteins and see it that makes a difference? God's child
Treadmillwalker 486 Posted December 6, 2016 (edited) There are also Protein waters. Ask the nutritionist for samples. Vendors typically provide at no cost. S/he may also know where you can buy sample packs at a reduced price. Had lapband surgery 10/12/16 Edited December 6, 2016 by Treadmillwalker
