Seevan 32 Posted December 5, 2016 Talk with your dietician. She comes along with the process too. I had a eating plan in my booklet. I got a booklet that told me every 2 to 3 weeks what to eat... heidikat72 935 Posted December 5, 2016 there a lots of blogs out there done by post ops. Two of my favorites are Bariatric Foodie and The World According to Eggface. Lots of food ideas/recipes. I also agree with talking to your dietician - they should have provided some guidance regarding post op eating even for once on you are on to normal solid foods. I think there is even a recipe section on here somewhere.
Dawn E Dorsey 1 Posted December 5, 2016 Read read read. Out depends on what you're looking for , i think, I'm not sleeved yet but I'm looking at Snacks and different foods for later. Read labels. I've found that plant products Are much higher in Protein than any others. I've picked up some edemmame dried and sea salted, they've got 20 g Protein per serving, and they're CRUNCHY!
