Exercise... how often?

For those that have reached or are near goal, how often did you exercise? Right now I can realistically commit to 3 days a week. I want to do more but I am still a lazy person at heart :). I wake up at 5:45am for work and get home about 8pm and am just way to tired. I know that is an excuse but I just can't get myself to do it the four days I commute. So basically I exercise Sat, Sun and the one day I work from home.

Given I have about 25 pounds left to goal, I am expecting a slow down in the rate I lose and know exercise should help but am just curious what other people have done.

I was doing four but now doing 3 days but I also stay about 1 hr to 2hrs

I still exercise as much as I can. 3 days a week. About 45- 1 hour in the gym. Do walking, resistance training. Just don't sit. Did your dreams. OK U to exercise. Walking is always the best. Builds up endurance..
