Has anyone been denied by aetna my Bmi is 41 by I don't have any medical issues met all there requirements

For me they used the starting weight. What took it so long was someone trying to use the weight loss as going under BMI. My surgeons office fought for me stating the whole goal is to go under BMI and it was me being good on the diet they put me on that made that happen. Finally they gave in! That and my height difference. I have my pre op visit on Monday 12-19-16 but have no idea what will happen with that and the liver shrink diet. Hoping it's not a long process of waiting for the surgery and weeks of liquids. Ugh
