Yes it is normal. I had my first stall at three weeks too. It budged after 2 more weeks. Don't worry about it. Just hit your Water drinking and Protein goals.

Thank you! I am definitely trying to reach my daily Water intake and also Protein goals. I have started tracking what I eat daily. It just scared me that I was losing so well and then it just stopped.

I had a stall about that time as well...I just hit 4 months out 12/1, and had been at a stall all of November! I get on the scales every other day to check, but finally on 12/2 I have started to lose again and the scale has dropped 8lbs since then..I have done nothing different than I had been before or during the stall, it just happened. I try not to get to discouraged about it, but this time was really hard for me as my first goal is now only 3lbs away! It is the weight I was when graduating high school and now I am down 81lbs! I always think I am loosing too slowly, but everyone is different and let me know if you have any questions. Good luck!

Is it normal to hit a stall already after only 3 weeks??? Was losing good and then now the scale has not moved in almost a week. Lost 20lbs the first 2 weeks

Yea I hit my first stall at 2 weeks and it lasted 3 weeks. The scale just started moving again SLOWLY! someone suggested u measure because losing inches isn't always synonymous with losing weight.. and they were right ???? stick to your plan!

My stall started at day 9 post-op, after losing 6 lbs. I have had patience, but it's running out soon. Today is day 5 of my stall. I took my measurements today and they haven't changed. Something has to happen soon or I will lose my positivity instead of lbs..
