HeavenlyBrownEyes 7 Posted December 18, 2016 @@keykey42 think positive Hun. Don't question what might be but what is. You need to take each day as one and then go to the next. Baby steps. I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm afraid as well... afraid of the unknown, afraid of not waking up, afraid of failure. We al have fears I do believe but somehow we overcome the hurdles and trudge though. We are survivors! If you need someone to talk to I'm sure everyone here has something to offer to help as well as I'd be happy to lead an ear. Good luck on the new heathy amazing you! laurak814 43 Posted December 18, 2016 I had my consult on Friday, I could have my surgery as early as late March/early April, but due to my family schedule & saving for the out of pocket cost, I'm probably going to put it off until June. I'm a Sub Teacher, hubby is a Teacher & he coaches all year around, plus the kids are in sports-we are very busy. I just have to lose weight from where I am now & stay above 35 BMI to be approved for the surgery & go to all the appointments.
