amartyn1 74 Posted December 2, 2016 Hi , I'm 4 months post op , down 68 lbs and now stalled . I've lost 4 lbs in the past 3 weeks ! Any one else experience this or gave any advice ? I'm eating 70-90 gms of Protein a day and 60-90 oz of Water . I work out 4-5 days a week ... getting frustrated and Amy advice would be greatly appreciated !! Travelher 915 Posted December 2, 2016 (edited) If you've lost 4lbs in the last few weeks you are not on a stall. A stall is no weight loss or even a small gain. My stalls usually last over a week, many have stalls for months. Sounds like you are doing great. The only thing you need to change are your expectations. If you were stalling I'd suggest upping Water. When I had a stall I just increased my water to 80oz for a few days and it broke. The longer you are out the slower the weight loss will be. same as you approach your goal weight. If I'm down 68 lbs at 4 months out I will throw a party!
