Jan 16 with Dr Ariel Ortiz at OCC in Tijuana. Started preop diet then liquid diet 2 days before surgery. I can have sugar free Jello and popsicles, Protein drinks and unlimited leafy green veggies. Plus my preop Vitamin supplements.
