Lol I did...certainly not proud of it but the Cookies and apple juice were calling my name...but my surgery is tomorrow and I've lost 8 lbs so far

Guilty ----- I was starving around 7pm and I had gone to the gym in the AM... My kids were eating some GoldFish & I had a handful, only to feel guilty as hell later... I have lost 6lbs already though.

My crime was about a dozen saltine crackers on day 3...lol. I still felt guilty as all get out and that was the last. Supposed to be off caffeine but did have a diet Dew the other day. I miss my diet soda more than food, but it's something I need to give up.
