Hi, I just joined this site. I'm 68 and live in the Woodlands Texas. I had the lap band to gastric bypass revision,
November 23, 2016. I've lost about 65 pounds. Struggling now my weight has stayed the same for a couple of months. Health and family problems and my inability to cope without The excess food. I feel exhausted and don't exercise much/only swimming. Any ideas, friends?
