Yes I'm struggling with my Protein and I think thats the problem but I just order my Protein shakes to get my 60-80g

Wow. Ok I'm not complaining anymore then. Did my sleeve Oct 18 , lost 16 pound in 3 weeks and nothing since then in fact I gain 2 pound back and my nutritionist said I should just continue with the plan

Yep, I too lost 10 pounds the first week after surgery [liquid diet] but since I've been on purees [10 days] I've only lost 5 pounds. I think it's just the body figuring things out...or I hope, at least! 15 pounds in 3 weeks is nothing to turn your nose up at, it's just annoying that it's hit a wall for a bit. Maybe it'll all come off at once, though...!
