KCBO 18 Posted December 1, 2016 I'm not there yet but 26 pounds is nothing to dismiss! That's a big accomplishment. I'm sure others with more experience will have more suggestions but I would say stay the course! Good luck!
marissela928 8 Posted December 1, 2016 Im 24 weeks out and only lost 40pounds...I know how you feel. What im starting to do is low carb and a regular exercise. Best of luck to us both! Sent from my LGLS775 using the BariatricPal App
LittleBill 2,231 Posted December 1, 2016 If you are following your plan, then nothing has gone wrong. Weight loss is not linear, and it is easy enough to stall or even show a gain of a pound or two, depending on whether or not you retaining Water, or even if you haven't pooped for a day or two. This is a long term commitment, not a race, and we all have to look at it that way. I get discouraged if I get on the scale too often. Last week I lost a whole pound over a period of eight days. Then from Sunday to Wednesday, I lost four pounds. And I don't have to deal with the same issues that women have. I just have to live with them.
Vinasu 621 Posted December 1, 2016 Little Bill is right. I gain a pound or two around menstruation and then I level out for a few days. However, right after it drops. Don't compare your loss to anyone else's. No one can run this marathon for you, and we're all starting from different places with different obstacles. If you stick to the plan, though, you will be successful. Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App

Babbs 14,681 Posted December 1, 2016 Weight fluctuates for many reasons. You know it's not from what you're eating, because you physically can't eat enough right now to legitimately gain. No worries.
