Isalithe 44 Posted December 1, 2016 Gonna be honest, I cheated a lot. I was very sick and the past week of no food made it worse. I ate dinners (healthy, small) for a couple days on my second week and was strict the 3 days before surgery. Everything was okay. I do feel like I hurt myself in being prepared for the liquid diet after though. Don't let your cheats snowball from here though. That happens easily. kelly106 9 Posted December 1, 2016 I can totally relate, I am on day 6 of my pre op diet and it has been a struggle.
