Don't expect to lose weight at 500-600 calories. You can do that in the very short term (like immediately post-op), but long term it just brings your metabolism to a crawl. By 6 to 8 weeks people should be in the 800-1000 calories range and you lose the most weight (early on) in that calorie range.

So what's the best way to boost the calories. Like I said, if I follow orders and stick to Proteins and eat only 3 meals a day + one Protein shake, there is little chance of breaking 600 calories. Would you add another shake ?

I think that might be my problem, too. For the past two weeks I really haven't made myself eat more than 600 calories. I need to get more in...just have zero appetite anymore. And, probably not coincidentally, I've stalled again.

More shakes or another meal. I mean if you eat 4 times a day 200 calories at a time, that is 800 calories. or 5 times a day 160 calories. 800 calories isn't that hard to do, you have to set it as a goal.

4 slices of bacon is 320 calories. It is also pretty easy to eat for Breakfast. Each ounce of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage is 65 calories and 5 grams of Protein. Most cheese seems to be 100-130 calories per ounce and 5-8 grams of protein. Add cheese to your current meals and have some oinker to start your day.
