How do I control my hunger pangs that my fault but it keeps me eating. My husband likes the little weight I've put on but I scared it won't stop. Im borderline overweight. Help get me back on track. mamalisa268 58 Posted November 30, 2016 Plz don't think I am judging cuz I am not by any means. How far out from surgery are you guys? I just had the gastro sleeve last Wednesday. So I am curious as to how far out you all are and what happens, the full feeling just stops? I am sorry you r struggling, hell if I wasn't afraid to eat something now I think I would. Feel like i am starving and I hate all around me that eat. My husband last night, he works part time at Dominos pizza just for xtra cash and he brings home a pizza and one of their brownie pies. I wanted to shank him, but then I have to come back down and realize I did this for me and he didn't. But hearing you all stories wondering what in 1 year or 2 I am going to be jamming my mouth with that pizza he brought home. I sure hope not. This addiction to good is something. My only advice is look at pics of yourself before you did the surgery and maybe that will remind you why you did this and why you feel so good now compared to then. Good luck, and don't beat yourself up for it. You r only human. hw - 444 ~ surgery date 11/23 ~ sw -
ladyslim2015 74 Posted November 30, 2016 I'm going on 2 year post op. This is suppose to be a "lifestyle change" but you say you want to try this and keep having more. I have no real excuses. One thing is that I did not like a lot of stuff I use to but sweets are the devil....lol Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
