For me it was exactly 9 months from the day i saw the bariatric team for a consult to the day i went into surgery.

I am glad i had that time to better prepare myself for all the changes.

Went to seminar late January initial visit Feb first weight visit march 14th. Date set in Sept surgery 10/3. Around 9 months. It flies by though
