BrookeTiffani 54 Posted November 29, 2016 i tried something today that my tummy is handling fairly well. i got ground chicken and put some onion and garlic powder and one egg in (recipe calls for breadcrumbs but i left them out and the egg held the meat together just fine). made patties and cooked them in a pan, put some organic marinara in with part skim mozzarella slices on the patties. so good! chicken parm "burger" but i obviously didnt put it on a bun.
