Hey I just finished 2 months n my weight looks like it hit a plateau. I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks. Did you experience any of that.

Thank you guys for all the encouraging comments!! Yes I lost 65lbs in 3 months and 1 week! The weight loss has definitely slowed down but making sure I get my Protein and working out helps it keep coming off lb by lb!! I did plateau for a little bit but I just changed up my diet or workout routine to help jumpstart the weight loss again! Also be patient, plateau's are normal while your body adjusts!

Great attitude and looking good. You'll be fine. I hear almost everyone hitting plateaus. So she's right change up something and see if it helps.
