wendypenn 13 Posted December 6, 2016 Good idea! I definitely need to measure myself. I'm getting all my Protein in, and Water. However, I'm not working out as much as I'd like to considering I'm still in a little pain. I'm not sure whether to work past the pain or just wait. I did start lifting some 5lb weights today. Hopefully we see the scale move this week . Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Travelher 915 Posted December 11, 2016 I tend to get a stall every 3-4 weeks. What is weird form me is that right now I'm overdue for my stall and I'm questioning why it hasn't hit yet. Of course when it does I'll be frustrated like everyone else and be worried it won't end...just our brains messing with us.
wanabefit4me 9 Posted December 11, 2016 But I've barely lost any weight and it's almost a month since my procedure is it possible I won't lose anything?? I've only lost from the initial surgery of 12 lbs now 11 since I gained a 2 lbs then lost one ughhh Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I've already gone back to my regular workouts spinning for an 1hr and conditioning Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
mian 5 Posted December 11, 2016 Wanabffit4me. Did your Dr clear you start back working out. As you probably know our bodies go into starvation mode when we don't get enough to eat so the hr long workouts might be slowing your weight loss effort. Just a thought Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
wanabefit4me 9 Posted December 12, 2016 Yes he did bc I've always worked out from before so I was good my prob is I don't feel full or hungry and that was a prob before as much as I tried I couldn't diet and that's what I feel now like I'm just dieting bc I'm not having a stop point Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
