Clarevoyant 347 Posted November 27, 2016 Hi everyone! Made this in my slow cooker today. Though I am well beyond puree stage I sill eat a lot of Soup and this was delicious. Of course, I also added some GENEPRO Protein powder! Butternut Squash Bisque INGREDIENTS:32 oz cubed butternut squash 2 large shallots, quartered 2 cups chicken broth 1 tbsp chopped garlic 3/4 cup coconut milk pinch nutmeg DIRECTIONS: Place the squash, shallots, garlic and broth in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or high 4 hours, until soft and cooked through, a knife should easily be inserted. Stir in coconut milk and nutmeg. Blend in a blender or using an immersion blender.
