Dunerider 0 Posted November 27, 2016 I am just this week on my new "normal" diet. I am eating 1 - 2 ounces of chicken, turkey, or super lean ground beef for dinners. What can I do to make it flavorful. Obviously, I have no room for anything but Protein. Can anyone point me to resources? Thank you! Jamieson 40 Posted November 27, 2016 I found meatballs in marinara sauce easy to get down and tasty. You can make up a few and heat a couple in the microwave. They have lots of Protein.< /p>
highfunctioningfatman 2,675 Posted November 27, 2016 Spices! Experiment with them and see what you like. Also don't cook to well done! Cooking meat to safe temperatures and letting it stand for at least 15 minutes before you cut into it will produce a flavorful, moist piece of meat.
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted November 27, 2016 cheese, gravy, Sriracha mayo, aioli. Check out the condiment aisle. There are so many mustards and mayos and ethnic sauces that will add moisture and flavor to your meats. And the all mighty crock pot is amazing for flavor an tenderness. highfunctioningfatman 2,675 Posted November 27, 2016 As far as sauces go, I love Arizona Gunslinger Habanero sauce, Beaver sweet hot mustard, most Verde sauce, wasabi and soy. Hmmm I see a pattern here!
