Bhca8201 56 Posted November 27, 2016 Hi! I'm 2 months post op of rny and down 57.4lbs! I am cleared to eat regular food except for carbs, that's at 6 months. I'm running out of ideas on what to have for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Right now it's usually a Protein Shake for breakfast,or greek yogurt and a snack string cheese, I made chili for lunches or dinners it's usually a piece of meat and maybe a vegetable. I'm getting sick of having the same foods and I'm not making my Protein intake everyday. I'm bringing in 300-500 calories a day and below 75 grams protein. I'm looking for ideas on what your daily menu is like. I would really appreciate it. Thank you I n advance!
