The ONE thing that keeps you at goal weight

Hey guys,

For those that are maintaining their goal weight, what was the one thing that was key in your weight loss and maintenance?

For me it was ditching the "white" stuff (sugar, wheat, bread, Pasta, rice, Cookies, artificial sugar, flour etc.)

I thought it would be interesting to see if there are any similarities in our success strategies.

Ditto it's not one thing it's a million little ones and it's so much harder and less "sexy" than the loss phase!
