I've been told to take pictures all along this journey , but that is one area I have avoided ! That is until yesterday , and I have to say I was astounded with the results ! I have to encourage everyone to take these pictures because they really give you the motivation you may sometimes need ! Plus it really is a positive reinforcement that your journey is going down the right path ! I'm currently down 66 lbs, 1/2 way to my goal ... I can't wait to see the finished product !

Ps the wineglass is filled with Mio sugar free sweet tea

Get it girl, you look great. Ive only taken 1 pic on this journey. Ive always loved taking pics until i put on this weight. But i guess ill have to get with it, love to see the progress. Thanks for the motivation
