Avoiding temptations

Last year I skipped because I had just started program and it would have been too hard.

Started the day today with a 3 mile run and 30 minutes of free weights. Then I started to cook.

My plate was small with only 2 oz of turkey breast and 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash & cauliflower. All the others ate all the stuff I couldn't, but it didn't bother me at all.

That will be you next year and you'll be proud of where you are! Just know the next few months will go by quickly.

I'm on day 4 post sleeve. Staying off social media so I don't have to endure the fact that everyone is feasting except for me. Home alone watching Netflix.

I was sleeved the 9th and that first week was the worst.. things do get a lot easier the second week! Good luck!

It's def not easy! Especially when you are in charge of preparing certain things you can't even eat! All for a good cause though!

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
