I am finding the thinking about it and not actually doing it really hard - I have done all the "book learning" I can do, just need to get to the practical stage. I am not very good at sitting around waiting on things, Christmas will keep my mind off things I suppose

I'm being sleeved on 10th of Jan! Excited and nervous but pleased I will start the new year strong and hopefully this time next year will be a much healthier weight! X

As much Water sugar free juice as you like. I haven't been told to do Protein shakes. Just multi Vitamins x
