Sooooo happy i have not worn my favorite jeans in almost 6 months because i had gained so much weight and THEY FIT im so excited and this is pre-Surgery that is more than enough motivation to stick to my pre-op liquid protien diet today .Did my primere Protein this morning and I have you guys for extra support!!!! My clothes are starting to fit again some even better then they did when i brought them.

I look at the jeans that I fit into and think "no frickin way am I going to fit in those", then I do! What feeling! Congratulations, non scale victories are the best!

One GREAT NSV for sure!! In the words of one of my many Weight Loss Coach's, NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS BEING HEALTHY AND BEING ABLE TO FIT INTO OUR CLOTHES!!! Way smart lady. I didn't understand what she was saying because back then I never got to my goal weight!! Now I know SHE was one SMART COOKIE!!! Congratulations!! KEEP ON KEEPING ON!!!
