Ssze1109 163 Posted November 24, 2016 Do you consider your Protein shakes as fluids? Before I returned to work 10 days post op I would get 64 oz Water in not including shakes plus my 50 grams Protein. Now that I am back to work I am finding it hard to get my fluids in. Just wondering if that counts ? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

KristenVSG2014 1,872 Posted November 24, 2016 I also count my coffee and tea as fluids. It took Water to make them so it counts! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
