Thank you so much! I didn't really have a strict exercise routine, I would just try to go walking whenever I could. Or if I couldn't go walking I would try to do some sit ups, squats, push ups, little stuff like that before bed. When were you sleeved?

You look awesome, can I ask if you at about 3-5 weeks out from surgery had a stall in your weight loss?

Yes I did have a stall around week 3. Then again in month I think 4 I stalled for a while. I didn't think I would ever get bellow 230 lol. But it passes, don't get discouraged!

Thank you so much everyone! I do feel like a new person. Every time I see myself in the mirror or put on some clothes that I wouldn't even have fit in 10 years ago I am just amazed. I'm very thankful for getting sleeved. Happy thanksgiving everyone!
