I poke the crap out of one with a fork, toss it in the microwave for 10-15 minutes depending on size, turn it over and nuke it for another five. (Put it on a paper plate for easier clean up.) Once it has caved, cut it in half, scoop out the seeds and then scoop out the strands. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, Parmesan or red sauce. Or, use it as the rice under stir fry. Delish.
