Start purée on Wed

I am 4 weeks out and it took a while to eat more than a few bites of puree.

I like 1/2 cup of carrots or cauliflower 1oz of milk (I use cashew but unsweetened coconut is a nice change) and 1/2 scoop of unflavored Protein powder.

tuna and cottage cheese, I tablespoon of cream Soup and 2oz of chicken, oatmeal 1/2 scoop Protein Powder and 2oz 1% milk.

Instructions vary so check your diet sheet for allowed foods.
