Julie2879 35 Posted November 21, 2016 So, I went about 2 and a half weeks with no weight loss. Thank goodness I read that it is perfectly normal, or else I would have been driving myself crazy! I decided I was going to stay off of the scale for a week, and when I weighed myself this morning, I had lost 4 more lbs. Needless to say, I was very happy, since October 3rd I have lost 37 lbs!!! Julie2879 35 Posted November 21, 2016 Just remember this feeling when the next stall happens! For most of us, it isn't one and done. Yes, I hear it is quite normal to go through a few of them. I learned not to worry, as long as I am following my diet, because I can see the inches melt off. I think we get so worried about what the scale says, we don't pay attention to what the clothes show. I am fitting into clothing I have not been able to even fit passed my shoulders in YEARS.
