Good Restriction/Tight In The AM (need ideas)

OK.... I think maybe just maybe I've hit my sweet spot... but I'm tighter in the mornings, which I hear is totally normal. Since my 5th fill on Monday I've been starting my day with a warm latte... followed by a South Beach bar. I used to have carnation instant Breakfast, but now the cold milk just does not work.

Q: What do others with good restriction and also being tighter only in the mornings eat for Breakfast?

I do fine with solid foods for lunch & dinner, it's just mornings...
