princess9 1 Posted November 19, 2016 I'm starting my regular foods now but have no idea what to eat. I feel like I'm still eating like I was when I was on liquid. Any ideas or recipes? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

rolosmom7 740 Posted November 20, 2016 My week of meals (dinner) is this. I'm still playing with recipes, etc. Cheeseburger pie (heart healthy bisquick) Zucchini lasagna Crock pot beef stew chicken alfredo dip (also crock pot) chicken breast in italian dressing marinade with veggies - i eat this often Pork chop with husband's spice rub with veggies I don't eliminate carbs, but I keep them low because they just make me uncomfortable. Starchy carbs are low, I eat fruit, nuts, complex carbs.
