Anyone with this experience go see the doc Monday but just wondering if anyone has experienced this as well after being sleeved.

I was sleeved on the same day as you!! I think with the Jello, you have to make sure you chew it up a lot before you swallow -- turning it to liquid instead of just swallowing bites of it. That works for me really well. As for the shake, just make sure to take really small sips, I think? Or, alternately, make your shake and then leave it in the fridge for 20 min before you drink it, allowing the air to escape from the bubbles, since probably the thing that's causing you pain is the trapped bubbles~

yeah, the Jello liquified at body temperature, so leave in your mouth longer. As for the shake, too much air in it? The premade Premerire Proteins were great, no bubbles. Like Brandies said, if you use a blender or anything adding air, stay one ahead. Drink the one from the fridge and make one and put it in the fridge to replace it. Also, that third or fourth sip is gonna get you, sometimes, bubbles or not. Look at your index(pointy) finger. that's about all you have to fill up!

I try to smash it up as much as I can before swallowing it but will try keeping get it a Lil more liquidity before swallowing. As for the shakes yes that exactly what's causing the pain after making it in the blender the bubbles that accumulate at the top is what I'm typically drinking first of course with small sips. Thank you

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
