Brandeis 401 Posted November 20, 2016 I was sleeved on the same day as you!! I think with the Jello, you have to make sure you chew it up a lot before you swallow -- turning it to liquid instead of just swallowing bites of it. That works for me really well. As for the shake, just make sure to take really small sips, I think? Or, alternately, make your shake and then leave it in the fridge for 20 min before you drink it, allowing the air to escape from the bubbles, since probably the thing that's causing you pain is the trapped bubbles~
DuodenalSwitchMan 12 Posted November 20, 2016 (edited) yeah, the Jello liquified at body temperature, so leave in your mouth longer. As for the shake, too much air in it? The premade Premerire Proteins were great, no bubbles. Like Brandies said, if you use a blender or anything adding air, stay one ahead. Drink the one from the fridge and make one and put it in the fridge to replace it. Also, that third or fourth sip is gonna get you, sometimes, bubbles or not. Look at your index(pointy) finger. that's about all you have to fill up! As for the shakes yes that exactly what's causing the pain after making it in the blender the bubbles that accumulate at the top is what I'm typically drinking first of course with small sips.
