First time dumping this week

From my premier Protein shake. Did it two days in a row. Didn't figure out what it was until the second time because why would I suspect my shake of causing me to dump, I normally nurse my Protein Shake throughout the morning. yesterday I realized I hadn't finished it so I downed the last 3 or so ounces and within 20mins started feeling woozy and generally I'll.

Forgot about it and did the same thing today and boom hot flash feeling, woozy, sick and it lasted an hour. Would have never expected my shake to cause it.

It was premier...but not from the shake itself. It was because I drank it too quickly. Chugging the last bit did it both times. I have one every day and no issues. Watch your speed of consumption post op. I'm far enough along that I can drink more and more quickly...do not do it with your shakes!
