Liquid to soft food weight-loss comparative

I gained a pound when I switched...stalled for a week and then started dropping again. It was the "3rd week stall" everyone talks about.

I stoped losing weight for a week or just over I think when I went to soft food. But that's to be expected, you'll start shedding those kgs again soon . I'm loosing about 1/2kg to a 1kg a week now. Where's when I left hospital and was on liquid I was losing a 1kg a day. Any weight loss is a bonus ???? your doing great!!

Thank you! It's amazing how hard we have to fight for the weight-loss after such invasive surgery. Don't get me wrong I'm happy to work hard!!
