HalFAB-ulous! 36 Posted November 17, 2016 If you are allowed Tomato Soup, I loved it and added plain Protein powder to it. Delish! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
SOON_TO_BE_THIN 25 Posted November 17, 2016 I bought Grape flavored Proteins waters called Isotech42 at Super supplements. They have 42 grams of Protein. If I get one of this and 1 Protein shake, that meets most of my total liquid diet Protein requirements. I bought a bunch of cartons of "Imagine" brand Soups - Tomato, pea, pumpkin, squash, and I nuke a cup of Soup 2-3 times per day and sip slowly. Hope you find what works for you. I was sleeved 11/13. Aggiemae 739 Posted November 17, 2016 Try the unflavored Protein. You can pretty much add it to anything. Also, try to "search" feature and you can read hundreds of answers to basic questions.
