ShelterDog64 2,364 Posted November 16, 2016 @@macon_me You could use sugar-free hot chocolate mix and add unflavored Protein powder to it. I mix GENEPRO into my coffee every morning
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted November 16, 2016 https://store.bariatricpal.com/products/bariatricpal-protein-drink-classic-hot-chocolate Or if you are willing to work hard: http://www.questnutrition.com/cookbook/drinks-shakes/hot-chocolate/ (this recipe uses Quest Protein powder but just about any chocolate Protein Powder should work). Good luck!
Treadmillwalker 486 Posted November 16, 2016 I've heard, but haven't tried that you can take chocolate Protein powder and mix with a little Water to create a paste and gradually thin with hot Water until you have a hot chocolate type drink. The key is to premix the Protein Powder so it doesn't clump in the hot water. Had lapband surgery 10/12/

suzzzzz 1,005 Posted November 16, 2016 You can pour Protein Shake into ice trays or popsicle molds and have a frozen treat.
LittleLizzieLilliput 919 Posted November 16, 2016 I like Healthwise hot chocolate. It's got the 15 grams Protein and tastes great. The downside is it causes me to have a bit of an acidy stomach. So I chew a Pepcid Complete berry chewable before hand. lol
Mulse 2 Posted November 16, 2016 I add the powder to my Vitamix, add hot Water to that, and blend. Perfect hot chocolate every time regardless of brand.
