That is very different from mine. I just started yesterday. I can only have 4 shakes (optifast) per day and 1 Optifast bar. That's it (other than Water, broth, sugar free drinks). Good luck, let's shrink these livers

Mine was 3 to 4 Protein shakes a day. Liquids and vegetables but no corn, potatoes or peas. I had to stop meat 7 days prior to surgery. Liquids 2 days prior and Clear Liquids only the day before

I guess every surgeon is different, my liquid diet starts on Dec 7, Clear Liquids, fat free Jello, sugar free popsicles, lintel Soup strained. Water, Gatorade zero. sugar free pudding.

Day 3 here in U.K. I started with the milk diet. 3 pints of milk and two yogurts daily but I just couldn't choke it down so I've a food diet. Far far better. I've lost 5lb so far
