Christyy41 7 Posted December 29, 2016 @@Juliafinallylosesit I bought the Protein Powder. First I put it in oatmeal but I put a whole scoop and it changes the smell and also the taste. I have been mixing smaller amounts (about 1/3 scoop) now in my Soups and oatmeal. I also just sprinkle it on my food like its salt then stir it up.
