When you mentioned that you don't drink your Protein, that concerns me because I do since I'm a vegetarian. I do eat cheese, eggs, tofu, and almonds. I haven't had my surgery yet.@@tpoor25 Before surgery I could drink any Protein and it didn't bother me. After surgery every single protein caused vomiting, diarrhea, and the worst stomach pain I've ever had. I get the same way if I eat Protein Bars. I tried to substitute the bars in place of the shakes, I love Protein Bars. But I couldn't handle them either. I still try bars here and there, I always end up sick.
