Before I got pregnant I was going to the gym and killing myself eating healthy food while others around me were eating Krispy Kremes. The weight lost was almost non-existant. I got my band on 8/9/07, a week later I was exercising. For the first time in my life I could see a weight loss difference after exercising. Man that was AWSOME!!!!! It made me feel so good, it made me want to go exercise just so I could jump on the scale and see it working. My weight loss is at a plateau and I am dying for my first fill, but I just wanted to share my excitement with the rest of you all. I can't wait for my fill so I can see those results again!! madfroglady 0 Posted September 13, 2007 Back in january of this year, I decided to start yet another diet & exercise attempt to lose wight. I ate a small bowl of Cereal for Breakfast, a bowl of Soup for lunch and a small dinner. I worked out at the gym for an hour 3-4 times per week. After 3.5 weeks, I weighed my self: I had gained 3 pounds. WHAT?!?!?! That was one of my last straws that made me go for the band. Now when I exercise I really see the difference, both in the scale and in my energy level. It is really amazing. Before, even when I lost weight, I didn't have more energy.
