Has any purchased a suit from swimsuitforall.com? Ive heard mixed reviews on sizing.

Any recommendations for swim suits for aqua aerobics? I am trying to find something that will cover the thigh area and not crazy expensive.

Lands End is the best. They are flattering and fit very well.

I ordered from swimsuitsforall and wasn't impressed. I got a tankini/skirt combo and the tankini was super short and the skirt was like a low rise so the booty hung out.

I'm glad I read this...I might have purchased from there without reading this.

I ordered this from swimsuitsforall because their sale was ending and I couldnt find another company that made similar. I want something to cover my thighs because of chub rub and because my thighs are losing weight first and getting even saggier. Not sexy.

Hopefully I can find better options in the future.

I recommend H2OWear suits for aqua aerobics. Most styles are high-necked so you don't have to worry about any accidental flashing. They come in multiple styles and lots of nice colors and patterns. They are expensive, but I have had my suit for over a year with no fading, sagging, or thinning of the fabric, and I am in the Water usually 5 days a week. They also have a one-year guarantee against chlorine damage.

I know you already ordered a suit, but I suggest you check them out. The site is H2Owear(dot)com

It came today. Its actually comfortable and the pants can be pulled up to the braline. The shirt has a zipper so it will be easy to remove when wet.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
