Aggiemae 739 Posted November 14, 2016 Atkins Protein Bars NOT THE Atkins candy are low carb. I don't like them much but they are good if you want to chew something. I cut them into cubes and freeze them and grew them frozen.

Aggiemae 739 Posted November 20, 2016 Protein bars are not on my list so I called the NUT and asked. They are ok once you get to normal solid food but not recommended. The preferred snack bar are "Kind" bars. the NUT does lean towards food that is balanced between carbs and protein. But that's for me and my nutritional and medical needs. Lema 236 Posted November 20, 2016 So far I have only tried pure Protein bars. I wanted to try premier Protein Bars which have 30 grams of Protein per bar but the calories content of each bar was 290. I put it back on the shelf. Hoping to come across something tasty and healthier in near future. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
