6th day of preop diet 8 to go!

Today is day six of 14 day liquid diet. I have cook a dinner every day for my family headaches lasted first four days then subsided. I baked a home made chocolate Peanut Butter cake today and made a delicious dinner meatloaf home made mashed potatoes and peas. Looked very yummy but I had my Protein shake!! I GOT THIS !! Mind over matter. But soooooo hard not gunna lie.

THANKS !!! It's easier then I thought it would be. But I have my times I'm hungry. I just read over my list of what I wanna do when I loose my weight. And my husband and I just went out and bought kayaks for the kids for xmas. So I wanna be able to kayak with them. It helps me in succeeding.
