thikkay 69 Posted November 13, 2016 I tried it and it tasted great but my stomach didn't like it at all I was hurting for about a hour. My surgery was 11/8 and no issues with Protein shakes. Dr said it was probably just to soon cause pudding is kind of thick. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
ButterflySeoul 98 Posted November 13, 2016 When I was still in the early post-op stages, I would mix a scoop or a 1/2 a scoop of Protein powder into my sf pudding-- I was using the sf pudding cups- already made ones-- not making my own pudding.. and when I added the Protein Powder (chocolate unjury) the pudding would instantly thin out and get very liquidy... which was kind of weird.. but worked fine for that stage anyway. Not sure if that's helpful lol.
